Denver Sister Cities International is excited to present our 2009 Kenya Cultural Immersion Trips! These once-in-a-lifetime programs will explore the beauty and intrigue of our African 'Sister City', Nairobi, Kenya. Some program highlights include:
- 9 days, 8 nights in Nairobi, Kenya
- Safari at Lake Naivasha in the Rift Valley
- Volunteer opportunity in Kibera, Africa's largest slum
- Visits with local orphanages, schools, and clinics
- Excursion to a traditional Maasai tribe
- Visits with local government and City Hall
- Shopping excursions at local markets
- Dinner at the world-renowned Carnivore restaurant
