SAFI

SAFI, Support Africa Empowerment Foundation International, is a 501(c) 3 nonprofit. Its mission is to empower disadvantaged Africans, starting in rural Africa, to transform their lives and living conditions through empowerment projects and leadership training. It is housed at Metropolitan State College of Denver, on the Auraria campus. SAFI works on the “Adopt a Village” concept by empowering rural Africans one village at a time through six objective projects. Those projects center on water, education, widows and orphans, health, faith-based alliances and youth sports.
